Who we are

NoidForge is a 3D-printing workshop and a NoidKeebs project, based in Singapore. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and how we use it. If you have questions, message us on Telegram at @NoidForge_bot.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (collected by Stripe at checkout).
• Your shipping address, if you choose delivery.
• Your Telegram or WhatsApp handle, if you choose self-collect, so we can arrange a time and place with you.
• The contents and value of your order.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Process payment and fulfill your order.
• Contact you about your order status, or to arrange self-collect.
• Send order confirmation, shipping, and cancellation emails.

We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the services that run this store:

• Stripe — processes your payment and collects your checkout details. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
• Our database provider — stores your order records securely.
• Our email provider — sends your order confirmation, shipping, and cancellation emails.
• Telegram — only if you choose self-collect, so we can message you directly to arrange pickup.

Cookies & local storage

Your theme preference and shopping cart are stored in your browser only (localStorage), never sent to us, and not used for tracking. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and customer support purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by messaging @NoidForge_bot on Telegram with your order number.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted here.
